Hi, I'm Zer.
I’m a founder and software lead who enjoys building teams and products that actually make a difference. I started out as a full-stack engineer, then discovered I loved project management and bringing ideas to life, which eventually led me to build my own team. I work with growing Australian businesses in the industrial, mechanical, mining, and healthcare sectors, helping them streamline operations through custom internal software, automation, and integrations. Most recently, I worked closely with the founder of an NDIS healthcare marketplace, helping scale the platform to 1,000+ orders while continuously improving the product. I focus on turning complex, operational problems into practical software that makes work easier for real teams, not just building tech for the sake of it.
